A small, intimate wedding in Odense. A few hours through the old town, a private garden and a pint of Guinness at the pub by the kommune.
Two hours, two people, one very good pint
Daniela and Aidan got married in Odense on a bright May day, with just a few people around them. No packed schedule and no endless list of shots: a few hours together in the city, and me following with the camera.
This is how most of my couples spend their time with me. They come alone or with a few guests, we spend around two hours together, and the photos tell the rest. If you are wondering what you actually get from a package like that, this gallery is the answer.
The route
We walked through the places that make Odense what it is: the iconic spots of the city, a small private garden, and above all the old town, with its cobbled lanes and yellow houses. It is one of my favourite corners of Odense, and it was a joy to photograph it with them. The May light did most of the work.
The grand finale
Every wedding day deserves a proper ending. This one closed with a pint of Guinness at the pub next to the kommune. Some of the photos are romantic. Some are Daniela and Aidan with a pint. Both kinds are my favourites.
